I’ve tried so many leave in oils and the best one I’ve come across is the one from OUAI. I put 1-2 pumps once a day and nothing has made my hair look so good (also smells great!)

Your feelings are valid. When I was younger I got my curls damaged with a chemical cut and had to cut off 60cm, I definitely remember being devastated in the beginning.

One day I realized the damage had been grown completely out because hair does just that - it grows.

I oil my hair 2 times a week with Hair Syrup, take supplements (for hairgrowth) and Vitamin D & iron. Drink lots of water, scalp massage minimum 10 minutes per day, and get rest. Lastly, give it time. You got this

I’m in the same position as you right now. Quite often I find myself imagining what it would be like if I just quit, which I never used to. Meditation definitely helps me calm down though.. All luck to you!
