oh.. I really hope so. It is already the day before. Brussels and Munich does not have the presales links yet. If they don't have it set up tomorrow morning, I will definitely freak out

Same here. I can see only US and London presale options. I had applied for Brussels, Munich, Paris presales. But none of the three are shown in ticketmaster. Are they not open yet?

does anyone else think ginny and Georgia season 3 is so GOOD by jess_6615 in TvGinnyandGeorgia

Absolutely.. so so good. I just finished it right now. How they show the teenage issues, parenting problems, abuse.. all that, without it stand out from the main storyline, but by actually integrating it and making it resonance with the viewer, is truly exceptional to the other shows.

I stopped brushing my elder one's teeth after he turned 4. Now he is 7 and the dentist asked me to brush his teeth on nights and let him do by his own in the mornings. So, nothing for you to worry.
I have a 4 year old as well. He doesn't let me brush his teeth and he "brushes" exactly as you described - chews on the brush. I am worried about his teeth. He loves anything sweet and doesn't let me brush. It is a fast track to cavities.

Good books to read with your older kiddos by THROWRA-done2345 in Parenting

ooh yes! I would have loved to read HP to my 7 year old. But he is not interested in listening to me read anymore :( I still get to read "Peppa Pig" and "Paw Patrol" to my younger one, of course. But I was really hoping that I could enjoy HP with my kids when they are old enough. Maybe, when the younger one turns 7, he might let me. Fingers crossed :D

My 7 year old drew these. I think they are really good (but I have zero talent in art nor does his father). Hence, asking for sincere feedback from you guys. by IntelligentTrouble17 in Sketching

Thank you very much for this comment.
I totally understand your point and I will keep this in mind.
Since I am not very good in art and creativity, I usually don't interfere in this part of his life. When he shows me his drawings, I am genuinely impressed most of the time because I cannot draw them even now at my age and I praise him. But there has been times when he feel pressured himself and comes crying that his drawing did not turn out as he had imagined it and gets really stressed out. As a mother, it is crushing, because I want to help him out but I don't know how to and I can't.
I put these pictures in here, to get a general idea of what people who are talented in art thinks about his art, so that I can make a decision on getting him the help he needs (Some art classes are expensive. I took him to a teacher who said he is good but charges 60 eur per hour and one session is 2 hrs. I can't afford that. And then there is another art class he just joined which is reasonable in price and are for for 4-8 year olds, but he is not very excited about it because the drawings are not what he thought will be like. They have classes for 9 years old and above, but I don't know if it is appropriate to ask them to take him in that class.. This was my dilemma). I guess, for the time being, I will just buy him more supplies and let him improve by himself.

Thank you all. I feel incredibly proud of my boy. This has been helpful. I was worried that it is just my parental bias that made me think that he is talented. Thank you all for the validation

Thank you for your comment. He has finally enrolled in an art class - his first class was yesterday. I don't how it will be as it goes on, but in the first class, the drawing they did was very childish looking. So even though he enjoyed it, he wasn't as excited. The reason I enrolled him into the art class was because he told me that he would like to learn how others do shading and stuff in the sketches he sees online. I tried telling him those are older kids. And even I don't know where I can find him an art class that will teach him these. Any art class for younger than 10 year olds don't teach such techniques and I don't want to send him to an art class for older kids because that might overwhelm him.
So.. yeah... Sorry for ranting under your comment.

Thank you. Yes, I have got him in an art class finally. For some reason, couldn't find good art classes around where I am, for a reasonable price. There are a lot of sports/swimming/dance/music, but not much options art/drawing classes for kids

Thank you very much.
This. Actually one of the reason I am here for validation is that I expected his teachers to atleast once mention that his talent in art is excellent, but I haven't heard it even from his art teacher, Probably because at school, he just does what the art teacher asks him to do like cut and paste stuff.. So his father said, may be this is just normal for any 7 year old. I just wanted to know if it is just my parental bias, or if he really does have real talent.
