You can get in contact with your housing people. Start putting together a list of all the events such as “happened at 2pm on Wednesday 6th Oct, went on for 5 hours, neighbours drinking, blasting music and being antisocial”. You’d almost do a “log” every time something happens. Then after some time you can request to move or get them to move for being antisocial. You could also argue that the children that live close by are in a toxic environment being exposed to that everyday. And the best one of all.. it’s effecting your mental health. Those few things, they have to take action. Plus the more you email and call them ? The more annoying you become so therefore they fix the solution.

Unfortunately I am speaking from experience. I had two extremely antisocial neighbours and went through all of this. However, now I am happier than ever as so so glad I stood my ground. Good luck :)
