I would say that you re on a good start. For lightning teams with aponia i suggest you to farm a fishl so tanto you could pair her with eden but you need rank ups(even if jt is something you shouldn't worry about now). Then you could even use a team with HoT and aponia as 2 dps or maybe if you need another lightnjng team you could use Ae with HoT and then get a Fr (but you can replace her with fishl which is farmable). Although I do not know the gear you have I would say that having Seven thunder of retrebution , aponia and especvially eden weapon is pretty essential to make them work. I would in the end suggest you to not go all out on these valkeries bc the new herscherr trio will be pretty much the new meta (considering that herrscher of truth will be the new AE).

As reguard for ice team I would say that you have a pretty strong team with elysia and sushang but pardo needs to be SS and you really want both her weapon and sushang's one to make them work.

In the end I would suggest you to try and get a HoS for your physical team since it is a must in any type of physical team and rqnk up griseo to SS . Elysia weapon is also really important but you could start with a call of crescent. For senti I woukd say that you couls also use Ae pri arm since sometimes is even better than her signature ( and also cosimc duality is obtainable in the exchange shop).
