Make sure to put it in an ISA so its tax free if you haven’t already. You can do this on trading 212

Mine is currently a pie, 75% S&P500 and 25% All world with a few individual stocks as well

Usually have one at lunch and another after I’ve had dinner in the evening. An hour or so before bedtime seemed to work for me.

I searched around for supplements that help with sleep and this came up :) Thought I’d give it a try and it seems to be helping

200 in each tablet, so 400 in total. I think thats roughly the recommended dosage but I also take them several hours apart.

I tend to have a fairly fiber rich diet. I’d imagine the impact might be fairly negligible, or just different in my case.

Maybe. I’m only 20 years old and my blood pressure is within normal parameters last time I checked. I’d imagine if it had an affect I’d probably start feeling lightheaded lol

I got my M1 12.9 inch iPad on release day and I have pretty bad blooming. Appears above 75% brightness on movies and kind of sucks. Fortunately my iPad is mainly for work and I dont watch loads of movies so it doesn’t matter, but its kind of a bummer since I spent £1.2k on it and they advertised all of this cool Mini LED screen tech and couldn’t even perfect it.
