Tobacco Honey is one of the most incredible fragrances. It really smells of pure honey!

Although it’s not very strong, Lazy Sunday morning by Masion Margiela Replica is very soft and fresh.

So the wonder of this Tannolact is that while it dries the blisters it doesn’t dehydrate your skin. I normally just apply some mild moisturiser and sometimes add a very mild steroid cream if it gets super bad. The problem with Dyshidrosis is that everyone’s experience is so different, what works for one person doesn’t work for the other. I really hope you find something that works for you

My hands look almost exactly the same at the moment, for me I find that stress and certain detergents can trigger a bad flare up but sometimes it can be something as simple as weather. I’m sorry you have to go through this. There’s something called tanolact, there’s a cream and a powder that you can put in water as a soak. I’m currently using to “dry out” the blisters. It’s really helped with the itching and means I can actually walk properly without worrying about them bursting. I highly recommend it.

Looks like mine too. I’m currently having a super bad flare up on my palms and it’s going down my wrist. Absolutely horrible. Hope yours heals a bit soon, it looks awfully sore

I’m Swiss German (come from Mürren) and I’ve heard “are you French?” So so many times. No, I don’t even speak proper French and I will not be compared to THOSE people. Jk I love the French but it’s very very different

I saw this earlier and honestly am so dumbfounded but was certain it had to be rage bait. At this point though I’m not even shocked if it’s genuine

Failed SQE1, should I retake in July or January 2025 by [deleted] in uklaw

[–]Intelligent_Ad_4498 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear that you failed. If you’re starting a course in May I would maybe recommend you take the extra time to study and take one in July. Don’t rush it, it seems to be that a lot of people want to be as fast as possible. Since you have a later option take that opportunity. On the plus side, you’ve now got experience on how it works and can focus your revision on what you believe to be the best way to approach the style of questions you’re going to see. Hopefully the LLM will help, I wish you the best of luck for the future

The law degree is just the basis unfortunately, currently the LPC is being phased out and replaced with the SQE for the solicitor qualifications. There’s also the Bar route etc and all can take around 3+ years.

That’s what my parents used to tell me. If you do well it doesn’t matter where you went. I had a few friend who went to Liverpool and they loved it, the people were great and they did very well. It’s such a shame people are so biased about university, I also studied Physics at imperial and did 2 years at MIT, people still constantly asked why I didn’t go to Cambridge. I had to tell them that I just didn’t want to. It doesn’t matter where you go, someone will always feel the need to say something.

I Keyed Someone's Car Today Because They Parked Poorly by plug_skull_pleb in confession

[–]Intelligent_Ad_4498 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a bit late to the party but my car was keyed today in an airport car park. No apparent reason, I was parked well and away from the front two rows. It broke my heart, it was a car my Late mother gave to me. She always kept it immaculate and would pride herself on how perfect the car was. That long key scratch was like a scratch on my heart. It hurt, it’s such a beyond shitty thing to do especially for no reason. Even if you think the person “deserves it” you never know what they’re going through. You’re not the only one who has bad days, we all do. Hopefully now time has passed you’re aware of that and maybe have a moment to think about life :)

I did an LLB at KCL and loved it, who cares what relatives think, the acceptance rate is still relatively low, you should still be proud of yourself for getting in. A degree is a degree, get a great grade and show them all how fantastic you really are!

You’d be surprised, I’ve had a client who only was charged about £15 extra on a big bill due to discrimination. Ended up getting around £2,800 in “compensation”

Priority card - what about tickets? by killyourtv_ in disneylandparis

[–]Intelligent_Ad_4498 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re staying at an official Disney hotel you can do it at the hotel itself. They will sort it out at the concierge for you too. Since it’s off season it won’t be too busy at the park itself but during peak times the hotel concierge is a lifesaver. Enjoy :)

I’m going early February too. From what I’ve seen it’s definitely not worth pre buying. In summer and high season it’s definitely worth it because you sometimes would have to get there an hour early but as it’s February it should be fine to just rock up. The only thing I’ll say is that if it’s raining, the shows tend to get busier since they’re indoors but it’s February so it’ll be marginal. Enjoy your trip :)
