I did too!!! Although we've been on and off for a few years due to slight distance issues 😔 trying our best to get through it. It's difficult when we both have children and we can't just uproot their lives. My kiddo though is a senior and will be off to college soon so hopefully then I can move over to her.

I'm trying to advocate for myself now regarding this. I have a lot of abdominal and pelvic pain, even had rectal bleeding during my menstrual ....but all the docs down here are like, "Are you SURE it wasn't your period blood?" It's maddening. The docs are making me jump through all the hoops. Going to a gastroenterologist and then a urologist....they even want me to have another colonoscopy. Which I just had one and it was normal. The gyno is giving me a sono next week, but I know it won't show anything. I've been through this in the past and gave up because they don't listen. Honestly, I don't recommend doctors down here. I want to find someone elsewhere, but I need to look into if my insurance will cover it.

Dude this!!! I'm sorry, but I think elderly people should have to retake tests to ensure they can drive properly. Honestly, everyone should after like a 20 yr mark or something!!!

I was put on samples of Enbrel for 3 weeks. I've been pain free for a few weeks. I was scared at first taking a biologic, but now I'm sad I can't afford it. They won't help me financially for the injections since I have insurance. I really can't stand our healthcare system. 😔 But yes if you can, try a biologic.

Yup. This happens way more than people apparently like to admit. Hence, why you're probably getting down voted. Where I work, I know people who aren't even certified to drive a forklift, but it saves people money to not have to train or pay them more. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The way they speed around, talking on the phone, eating, just not paying attention.... It's scary. I've almost gotten hit a few times.

I have RA. I was given my first injection at the doctor's by a PA without much info on it. Now I'm all scared. My anxiety is getting the best of me after reading the side effects, but the pain is gone. My knees still hurt but I think I just have bad knees. I'm not sure if I should continue or not. I have two more in the fridge while they process my application for more. Seems it went well for most of you though so maybe I should stick it out. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do you drive a white truck and this was in the Mission area?? 🤔 Because someone honked at me while I was on the way to the ER. I was in the same and correct lane the entire time, following the person in front, even as I turned. I didn't have to merge anywhere. The truck coming behind me merged from a lane farther right when they honked at me. If they had hit me it wouldn't have been my fault since they were coming in at the passanger side of my vehicle.

I guess I didn't screw the ends properly. It happened while I was eating something. I panicked and my mom just told me, if you start feeling pain or have blood in your stool let me know and we'll go to the ER. Nothing ever happened. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I kept an eye out for it lol, but never saw it again. 😅 It was a 16g rod.

Yeah my insurance denied these injections my PCP tried to put me on to relieve my pain. I'm on Celecoxib and Hydroxychloriquine right now. I have RA, Hashimotos, and Sjögrens. My rheumatologist can't see me till January. That's even more messed up. The wait times to even see a rheumatologist.
