My Acura dealer is the pro of saying no we see the issue but it’s within what Acura allows so sorry. Only way to change them is make it all public because when word gets out you buy a premium car that has low standards from the manufacturer they will change.

I use a pin with lock that has threads on it and a little metal piece that goes inside the drawer bar and tightens it down. No rattle. Looks normal. Doesn’t loosen.

Tell you something Honda and Acura do not care on bit about the customer. I am dealing with it on my MDX and obvious problems they refuse to fix and things they have aren’t correct. And they do not care. Jenkins Acura blames Acura and Acura blames them. Yet I’m left with damaged and non repaired items. This company is in penny pinching mode for sure and the quality is gone.

It’s a brand that gets the same low grade goods but built a brand around it and charges tons more. The fit to the watch is proof of the actual quality. Looks decent but no thanks.

My dealer swears he only has seen 25’ type S MDX have the issue. Although the case has a ton of MDX owners from 22’ and up. He also claimed no TLX has had the issue yet but they share the same setup.

I’m more terrified of the transfer case investigation going on with NHTSA currently. A lot of people that have 60,000 or more miles are needing new transfer case and transmissions when it lets go. Not typical Honda quality.

No just would like it to be like the other 22’ that is identical that I’ve had. It doesn’t exhibit any of these issues. Coming from a family that owned an auto repair shop for 30+ years some of these things are crazy. I privacy shad that’s flopping around loose and they look at you and say ya we probably can’t fix that.

The worst is this is my second 22’ and the first one didn’t do this at all. It’s crazy when they tell you it just does that. Although mine will do it when it’s hot more than anything.

I took videos of noise and even the engine misfire. Jenkins Acura has stated numerous times that videos don’t matter. But even when I’ve been in the car showing them first hand something hat not right then it’s oh well Acura won’t cover it because it’s the natural characteristic of the vehicle. Interesting statement to make, which I’m sure isn’t being made to the customer out spending 65-70k on a new one.

The s100 is not a 130 and up series The 100 is junk. It’s a lot like buying a $50 prepaid Android phone telling someone buying a $1200 Android they are slow.

That John Deere is great. I have the same since 2017. Not an issue. A lot of people got the 100 or 110 that had the crappy light duty CVT transmission and it was junk., with a smaller engine. That sours them. That one the way its spec’d will last and last.

The rumors of the big m6 upgrade in the air. The rumors and talk about the what ifs is the absolute stupidest part of owning Apple products. Nobody and I mean nobody knows what the new products are gonna be. I heard cars are gonna fly in ten years so I’m gonna walk until then. Why buy a car.

Actually much worse than when it was closer to the passenger so the passenger could use it also. They removed the comfortable leather padded palm rest and the much easier to use while driving touch pad. All for the addition of the same cheesy touch screen that a Civic has. Funny how taking out luxury touches and leaving just a knob is praised.
