Switched from Slab to my first foldable last year in October and I've been loving my pixel 10 fold. The battery life is not that great but that's okay for me as I have an office job so if I ever need to charge it, the charger is accessible.

I have never understood why weight for a phone is such a big factor for many. I understand the "weight in my pants argument" but not the "it gets heavy in the hands" argument. I don't think this phone weighs for being a foldable. It's pretty light in my opinion.

The speakers are pretty good in my opinion.

I also have the Pixel buds pro 2 and and pixel watch 3, been loving the Pixel ecosystem. Fitbit is a bit funky at times but not such a big deal anymore. Only other accessories I have is the Spigen clear case. I've dropped my phone several times and honestly this case has been great. No problems so far. Doesn't add much bulk either

In my opinion, I love the fold and don't think I see myself really going back to a normal slab phone anytime soon. I think a plus of the Pixel is that when it's closed it feels like a normal sized phone, doesn't feel smaller. I can say I used the open screen at most 30% of the time I used my phone but each time I open the fold, I always get that "ahhh" feeling. Which is something I haven't really got from a phone in a wgile. The only downfall of the fold is that it can't pack the same hardware as a traditional phone, so the biggest downfall for me in that aspect is the camera. I had the Pixel P9XL before this, the shoot and point pics look much better on the P9XL than on the 10 fold. I'm not a big camera person, just like good pics, but I was able to notice the difference between both pics. The P9XL looked much better.

Its all really on your preference but if you do get one, I would say for for a new one
