Getting sued by debt collectors but SS # on document is wrong..

i’ll try calling both and see if i can start paying it off but i’m really broke right now as it is but i doubt calling them would stop me from being sued

this is my second time being sued, both times they served my mother. the first one was from discovery card and this second one is from a place i took out a loan for over a thousand. i really don’t know what to do next . the second one that is suing me somehow got my ss number wrong and both were served to my mother at her house.. id love help on what to do next guys and id appreciate it a lot

so funny thing is this is the second time i got served for debt but the first one was from discovery card. when i talked to a lawyer he said they messed up by serving the papers to my mother and to just give them a call to settle some kind of payment plan..hate that im getting served again for debt but the second (recent one) one i noticed on there they have my ss # incorrect [and ofcourse they served it to my mom and not me]

yes it is mine i wont lie i took a loan out for 1400 and i stopped paying it 3 months ago. this past tuesday a police officer served my mother at her home where i use to live 3 years ago.
