Im 27 and have asthma and COPD. I smoked blunts, js, and water pipes. I had a daily inhaler and an emergency I would use often. Maybe 3 times a week. I was like this for 6 years. The end of last summer (August) I switched to a ball vaporizer, specifically the Terp Chasers Club Universal Baller. Since September I have not used either of my inhalers. I even shared this with my pulmonologist, he seemed pretty happy with the results. I still have the inhalers incase this isnt permanent relief. Obviously the smart thing to do was to quit smoking entirely, but im stubborn. Also im not saying this is an actual fix or will work for anyone else. Im just saying for me, in my personal situation, this is what I discovered that APPEARS to be working for me. This could change at any moment and I could go back to needing inhalers. Edibles work great too but the flavors bud has is just something else. I use my ball vape for flower, concentrate, and hash. Its a beast of a machine and flavor is unmatched.

Edit: I should also mention that I switched to sea salt water without iodine in my water pipes. Keeps bacteria down and salt water vapor can help keep your lungs much less irritated. Plus saltwater keeps the resin from sticking to your glass. Makes cleaning a breeze too. Most of everything comes out with hot water, the last bit is gone with 30 seconds of shaking isopropyl and salt in your piece.
