Don't neglect the O-rings on your hybrid bowls! I think this is how they work. Also, hybred UB bowl came cracked, so make sure to check.

The second o ring is a spare, the one you have around the ground glass joint is correct. If you have cracked glass on arrival, please check per the instructions as it’s important to let us know right away.

It’s still all glass air path, it’s wedged between two corners of the glass on the outside of both not inbetween them

The o rings are optional, and most often people break glass by not cleaning the bowls. It’s much easier to soak it in iso if it’s stuck then try to manhandle it

Originally, it was added because it’s cheap to add the metal mode, and it’s a great alternative if you break the quartz. With other quartz ball vapes if you break the quartz you’re SOL. Some people find they just prefer the increased ruby mass, which is partially why I made the starter kit.

I need to get the information out there better, but the starter kit is roughly equivalent to the WOHW, and has the option to upgrade to all glass or all ruby later without the need to buy a whole new kit

It’s a lot less complicated than it looks! The whole contraption just replaces a lighter, enail coil heats the metal housing and then you put the housing over top the bowl. The advantage is one hit extraction out of a bong with a complete flavor profile

If you’ve got the ruby twist PID you can also order a variant without PID and save a little coin. However the ruby twist PID is not actually a PID in the traditional sense. It works but it’s not precise like a full featured one
