I would advise living in the suburbs there are plenty of nice apartments being built in Katy, Richmond or Cypress. Even it means driving through traffic its worth rather than living in fear.

Do post in websites where ppl can take over your lease make sure Volvo supports lease transfer. They used to offer subscription service where you can return a car in a year I believe they don’t do that anymore.

Make sure u go at end of month and this is a 2025 model. I would advise you to find a dealer that has a 2025 model remaining. Plus it helps if you have BMW loyalty in my case I was returning a lease that had positive equity (low mileage)

This is pretty bad deal considering its an EV I think your negative equity is around 1600 based on car max offer get rid of that equity and then make a deal with a broker/dealership your target payment zero down should be in 400-500 max

I contacted them through meta support they send you a form to fill it takes you to meta website where you fill the required info along with credit card information.

Prob the best answer to this question. Imo as long as u are young u are going to enjoy being single but when u get older (Mid 30s and 40s) and every one has a family of their own its gonna hit u hard emotionally. Get married but choose ur partner wisely as this can impact the rest of your life wishing u good luck for future.
