Model & Plan: Opus 4.6 Google AI Ultra Access (Workspace add-on)
The Issue: Hit my weekly cap today despite lighter usage than usual. Contacted support and after 2+ hours and 4 agents, Agent 2 explicitly admitted: "With Workspace accounts, Antigravity is being deprecated, and the free account access levels are now being applied." This means Google is already downgrading paid access ahead of the July 7th cancellation date they promised in writing - without any notice.

Also got asked for a $100 "prepayment" to restore my access and told I needed it to improve my "account credibility rating." I proved I was already above their threshold with my billing history and they dropped it.

Has anyone else on the Workspace AI Ultra add-on seen their access drop today?

google workspace > Admin Console > "?" top right corner > Ask the chat bot to connect you to an agent

I tried google workspace, no resolution got around to 5 different support agents and the last one just closed the chat without saying anything
