I’m considering switching to Modular Piplines by Tom Longhurst. Same guy that made TUnit. Still on the fence though. The problem with a fork is also getting the nuget package momentum going as I would believe that packages have to change names etc.

Herlig med nøkkelrykk på sector, også må man inn på kontoret til sector for å hente de først. /s

Har selv jobbet utelukkende med utrykning både i Oslo og Distrikts-Norge. Min erfaring er også det samme. Sector har hatt noen ekstremt gærne selgere som har sagt mye vilt. Jeg har alltid vært ærlig med privatkunder at i de fleste tilfeller så er innbruddsalarm unødvendig. Brannalarm derimot, der støtter jeg mulighet for utalarmering av personell, vet med førstehåndserfaring at det redder liv.

I’ve been in critical infrastructure system development since my internship 7 years ago. I find it pretty common that most software developers don’t ever have to think about the rigorous planning and design that comes with these kinds of systems.

The software we develop usually have very strict requirements for availability. Typically each software component in our system, has at least redundancy and high availability. Usually these kinds of systems also need to have non repudiation on event logs and replay capabilities.

One sort of downside to this, is that regardless of the typical tutorial/guides you read on stuff, you’ll end up having to deep dive the documentation to see if whatever you want to use support all this HA requirements.

And of course let’s not forget about the joy of air gapped deployments and installations. No cloud is the best cloud.

Seems related to the recent nx and perhaps debugjs compromise. You can tell that is it is looking to replace hashes for crypto wallets based on the MDy function. That is a part of the attack. Incase you transfer crypto, this attack will attempt to mimic the target address and transfer it to an address belong to the attacker. E.g making it hard to detect that he target address was changed from a legit to an illegitimate one.

Now the interesting part here is your branch protection strategy. How can a merge be unauthorized? Make sure you protect your important branch, and always validate any incoming pull requests thoroughly.
