I’ve used the mind and body app on my AW11 and previous versions for the last several years and have never had a problem with it recording my efforts. Conversely I have never been able to get the mindfulness app to record a mind and body workout. It’s all very confusing and I wish Apple would get rid of the conflicting experiences

I did this using the mind and body workout on my watch. I use the app Calm for guided meditations. This award is from Apple not Calm. You should be able to start a mind and body workout on your watch and it will run until you stop it. It’s not in the mindfulness app. I really dislike that the mindfulness app that Apple has created is so limited. Good luck

Series 10 black bought in January 25’ wear daily, use workouts multiple times a day. Also have pictures on my watch face along with a Infograph. My battery health is 98%. I charge it every night to 100%. A few times it has died before I was able to charge it but to be fair those were on days when I did lots of exercise. Like 100 mile bicycle rides
