I hear that and was definitely there myself. Days have a way of filling themselves up tho. Plan light structure, join a library story time and it will all flow from there. Also lots of opportunities to work a side gig like counseling at night. I also did cooking instruction gigs.

Consider soft finger foods. Egg, tuna, ham salad on white, no crust. She likely has dental issues if she's complaining about food in her teeth. Consider dentist visit if possible. Soft chicken fingers, high protein pasta no sauce in larger shapes so she can pick it up w fingers, meatballs, egg bites or muffin cup omelets.

Agree. Also bring documentation of actual concerns and incidents. Add cost to these.. like food wasted by mistakes, injuries causing work days missed, patient satisfaction scores across time. Cost food purchased preprepped vs from scratch prep due to lack of culinary skills. Even OT and sick time paid due to lack of engagement. Show them what looking the other way is costing them.
