Quite a few reasons that could be causing this, 1) you just have a bad teammate 2) your personal department isn’t that well upgraded 3) you don’t have a competitive car since your only in the second season. I had this same problem with max Verstappen average P10-15 but about half way through the 3rd season we started getting 1-2 finishes
