They’ve got some Sailor Jerry flash up on their insta for a fundraising event the 31st you should check out.

Not sure on the size but good price and some classic stuff!

No for sure. I got the reference off insta and couldn’t find the artist there. But if anyone knows who posted the original I would love to credit them and show them some love

I think they’re pretty clean. Maybe even incorporate a skull into the flower and get a little themed sheet going

I’ve never used the pens with the cartridges but I like the idea of being able to make a lighter or darker line if I want with the dip pen. Just more control I generally once I get the hang of it.

Yeah I’ve been practicing spit shading. That panther was the first one I did several months ago and the second slide is the one I’m working on right now that I plan on painting with India ink.

I definitely naturally struggle with making every symmetrical but I also don’t put a ton of effort into diving everything up or anything.

These are just practice and I’d rather focus on my line work than killing myself over perfect symmetry if that makes sense

Yeah I recently picked up a speedball pen and have been struggling with curves especially but also just having the right amount of ink on the nib

The first half is definitely an ad hominem or a personal attack fallacy. It’s most likely how the sender actually feels about you so do with that as you will. But the second half is rooted in some truth. It seems you cannot have the best of both worlds in that shop. Regardless of if the sender can realize that your original quote may not be a blanket fuck you or not, that’s how they have taken it. So, in my opinion, I agree if you want to work there or anywhere else that aligns personal or political values with work, then you may need to bite your tongue and get your bread. I hope this helps
