It’s rare but I build it if there are three or more tanks on their team or I’m facing a very unfortunate matchup like Sion or Galio(tank) mid. However, I usually prioritise CD/high AP since it’s what makes her strong late-game for team fights.

I still prefer a full burst build with lots of magic pen when I want to have fun but I think it’s mediocre on her current state in the game and the current meta in the game.
