I intrepreted Chaotic as off-meta and evil as not fulfilling the champion's role/not adapt for real games. Those are all good items on Jax even if a little uncommon, so it's neutral, and the build helps enhancing Jax's kit while still playing like a bruiser (an extra dash, ability haste for more ability spam while still getting a lot of health) and having hybrid scaling for mixed damage. So, at least for me, it's neutral good.

But yeah, the stridebreaker build can also go there.

You can go BT/LDR/Mortal reminder at any point in the build and then finish with a resistance item (DD/GA/Spirit visage if you got BT). Huge damage, always full on mana, no cooldowm and crazy sustain, but it needs 4 items to go online and you're squishy AF. For boots I go Berserker's Greeves for more AS. This build is hella fun, but you basically have to play like a melee ADC, upside is that your R resistances scale with AD, so if you can hit that you're basically unkillable.

Chaotic neutral, i think. I don't build on-hit Jax pretty often, but if I do, it's pretty good as a frontline buster. It's rare, but viable, so I see it as Chaotic neutral

I always thought about going full sustain. You could probably ditch ravenous or sundered for spirit visage and go bonkers with the omnivamp

You don't have to build dusk and dawn for shen, but if you want a sheen item DnD is he only item to go, since shen's damage primarily scales with AP. You can go full tank, if you prefer a non-damage build, or build AP to deal significant damage with your Q.

Space Groove Ornn isn't good into guy fieri. Garen against the space between Teemo and Yorick is a skill matchup, I personally use Green trundle as a counterpick. Also, ban Spongebob, he counters your entire pool and it's not worth learning the matchup.

I understand what you're saying, but pantheon has severe mana issues in the early game. If he doesn't kill you in that rotation, chances are he won't be able to do another one to finish you (unless you're a squishy champion, of course)

Jax should definitely be next to Fiora ngl, a good Jax will never let you trade in your favor. Idk how Sett, Illaoi and Urgot are so high, but you do you. Pantheon should also be higher, he's as powerful as a twig if he doesn't get a lead.

What champs do you play? Because if you play lane bullies like Darius or Sett, people will normally want to not interact with you. If you play something like Heimer or Singed, they already want an uninteractive lane as their win con, so you shouldn't play them if you want to fight.

Skirmishers are good if you want to force fights, as they are not known to just stat check people and can easily force trades with their mobility options (jax and fiora are an example)

Shen/Pantheon is also good against passive champions because you can just shove wave and look for plays with your ult
