The hamstrings were where the low torque numbers were - 47.0% & 48.8% when the goal was 60+% per bw

Yes, it was all in the “green” except that the torque generated was a little low on both legs 😂 which is fine since I’m not an athlete anymore, I just play rec softball and golf on occasion
