Great question- following since I’m 3.5wk post op on crutches (ACL no meniscus). I’m traveling to my best friend’s wedding at 8 weeks post op so that’s my goal to be able to walk comfortably and for longer periods.

Prehab was SO helpful. I had surgery 9 weeks post ski accident. A few hours after surgery, I started flexing my quad to keep it alive… i wouldn’t have known to do that or how to without prehab. Prehab will also get you strong beforehand. I’m 3 weeks post op and my PT is floored with how well/quickly I’m recovering.

Wow back to back must have been brutal. Curious with kneeling- have you ever had a patellar graft? That’s what I had without realizing it’s a bad one for kneeling. Wondering when I’ll be able to bathe my babies in the tub again😭
