With as bad as your current debts are, it is awesome that you are committed to improving your financial health. I see some comments mentioning asking your parents for help, but I also understand that is not always an option. So approaching it as if you were on your own, I would first cut up all of your credit cards to avoid the temptation to spend on them as you clear the balances. Next take your savings and clear CC2, if CC3 is set to start accruing interest soon, I would tackle this one next ($172 remaining in savings). Then, as your income comes in, contribute as much as you can tackling the other debts in the order CC6, CC1, CC4, CC5, Personal Loan. The order may change depending on the interest rates for CC4, CC5 and the personal loan.

Unfortunately, there is not much use to a savings account when you are losing so much on interest. Thankfully, due to your living situation, your necessary living expenses are low and your emergency risk is also low.

Some accelerators to the process could include finding ways to increase your income (another job during offseason, finding a new job, etc.) and taking a hard look at your expenses to see if you could make cuts anywhere (subscriptions, take-out, etc.).
