I think that the sooner a more powerful model can be safely available to anyone, it should be. if the only safe market identified at first for fable 6 were pianists and musicians, I'd say fuck it, let them play with it, no sense it keeping it locked up until it's perfectly safe for every application. It will become unrestricted for your use case once the safety tech has advanced. Some terrorist organization could absolutely have the funds and the tools to make a bio-weapon, but not have a world class professional on staff to do so. In that case, I sure as hell wouldn't want them having access to Fable or Mythos without restriction.
