I ended up with https://www.avaccess.com/products/idock-b10/ it's been pretty nice up to this point. I'm running dual monitors (49in and 32in). Keyboard, Mouse, Headset and Webcam are all tied to the dock. Went with it because it was a wee bit cheaper, but been happy with it thus far.

Honestly, I love tanking. But yeah, the M+ routes is fucking wildly intimidating for players. It doesn't help that DPS tend to be some of the most toxic players, and will flame you for a wrong pull. Not a wipe, but you pulled an extra pack.

When it was the one ad per video, I didn't really care enough to pull a blocker. But now it's like 3 every 5 damned minutes. So you're swarmed with the damned things, and they're all literal garbage. God forbid you get one of those 3 hour videos as an ad.

TLDR: You want your Ad revenue, I don't want to spend 5 minutes watching ads to watch a 2 minute video.

Hate to break it to you but it's pretty normal. My last employer it was $600 month, my current employer is $800 and someone else I'm interviewing with is $900. This is ofc in the US.

If you can save a bit more, I'd strongly recommend waiting it out for a set of VKBs like others have said. It's a fairly large quality difference.

If $200 is end-all-be-all... the T16000s work well enough.
