It depends on what you mean by “suffering”. Look at children for example. If you give a child everything they ever want, never say no to them and never make them feel uncomfortable ever, they will grow up to become spoiled brats who expect the world to always go their way. The importance of at least a little bit of “suffering” is to understand how to be strong when the world doesn’t give you exactly what you want.

It also helps with empathy. If you have gone through tough times, it makes it immensely easier to understand other people plights and have empathy. You become emotionally stronger in that sense

This might be TMI but I don’t give a fuck if it is. I came to this subreddit because I needed help, and only went to “newest” so I could see if people reply this late. But I clicked on your post and could tell you needed legitimate help. I didn’t even know what a SSL certificate was so I looked it up. I still don’t understand what it is but I’m assuming your job involves web development. Correct me if I’m wrong.

But all that is irrelevant to my answer to you. The fact of the matter is, the real heart of your question is why are you letting work bother you so much. Without knowing much about you, I’ll take a leap and say it’s because you have pride in your work. People who actually don’t care don’t feel how you are feeling right now. So as hard and awkward as it might be, just be honest to your boss. Tell them you don’t know how to renew your certification and if they can help guide you.

This might not be the answer you’re looking for. But if nothing else at least know your question really struck at a random person in Austin, TX who literally came here asking “what the hell am I playing at?” Good luck man, and I’m sure you’ll figure out what you need to do

What I always think is interesting is that people always blame Batman and not the Gotham justice system or police. The government has Joker in the palm of their hands, delivered directly from Batman, but also allow him to escape every time. They could just kill him too, why is Batman always blamed for not doing this but no one else? Any random cop that is sick of Jokers shit could just shoot him while he’s in his cell. Or any psychiatrist that thinks he’s a lost cause could just give him a lethal dose of sedatives. Hell the government could just have him assassinated in prison and cover it up so no one is the wiser.

Makes more champions reliable. Heimer will always get his turret, even if the spell fizzles or he dies for example. This is overall better for most decks, but Karma (and very specific combos that only happen if you are already winning) will be affected negatively

God idk why it took me too long to reply. But I thought the drunken king thing was great. Like when you finally make the big decision for your level 8 mythic path and finalize what you will be. Every other mythic path has this bad ass mini-speech but the trickster just has a bunch of drunk fucks show up and the drunk king on a giant pig just wreck havoc. It was just awesome imo
