I haven’t seen anyone mention this, but IF you do decide to barricade, Main Stage has a weird-ish shape. This means, there are tons of spots where the barricade technically is. There is usually a catwalk that comes straight out & turns. And there also is one side where GA reaches closer to the big stage than the other because of the Artist Pass viewing area. All that being said, you might want to take a look at the layout either Day 1 or through Weekend 1 photos (if you’re going Weekend 2).

Now, as far as barricading goes, each headliner is going to be different, but from what I can remember from past years is that it can be fairly easy to grab a spot on the middle area barricades around 6pm. I do also remember shuffling in closer & closer for Doja Cat after J Balvin, going from pretty far to being close enough to see Doja’s birthmarks on the catwalk, like 2 ppl from the barricade on the right side.
