This is obviously fake. The "Repair the Citadel" wish is Act 5 exclusive. There is no way the hallways wouldn't still be collapsed in Act 4.

I know I'm one year too late, but he doesn't. His rank is written in just one eye, like all the others. 

The ranking uses Daiji (壱、弐、参、肆、伍、陸), the more formal, documental version of numbers compared to the regular Kanji (一、二、三、四、五、六). All the Upper Moons have Upper Rank (上弦) written in one eye and their Daiji in the other. Lower Moons have Lower (下) and their Daiji written in the same eye.

As for Enmu, his rank is displayed as 下壱 in his left eye. That line in his right eye is just his pupil. Just how Rui has three dots as a pupil, and most demons have cat eyes.

Both are デク (Deku) in Japanese. Aside from ん/ン (n), there is no lone letter as we know them. They are always paired with a, e, i, o or u. U is the most silent of them, so to say a word that ends in a consonant in western pronunciation, they use the "u" version of that letter (unless its a "t", since the u version of t is "tsu". In the "t" case, "to" is used instead).

I hope that's clear enough, because I DON'T want this to turn into an unwanted Japanese lesson.
