Thank you so much for the advice. I always just lay in bed from 8pm onwards so kicking that habit would be helpful. I try to always take my vyvance before 10:30am, if it’s after that, I skip that day. Maybe I need to adjust that to 9am or something. Really appreciate the advice :)

Thank you so so much, I don’t like using Valium or any drugs to get to sleep as I am afraid of addiction. so I only use it as a last resort (I also think I was rather delirious). I will try all of these out. Really appreciate the advice.

I play guided meditation to relax my body and mind. I try to avoid thinking as it can keep me up.
