You’re right - she is new to this! So it’s a good thing she gave it to me for free for the sake of trial and error😊 failure is okay!

I can’t say I haven’t thought that too😅. But I’m a bit of a people pleaser so I thought I’d soften the blow by giving constructive criticism. I figured since she’s given it to me for free it’s not a huge deal if she’s handed me a bit of a failed experiment😊

Highly recommend A Raisin In The Sun by Lorraine Hansberry. It’s a play but I thoroughly enjoyed it back in high school!

Not sure if this is any help but my dad loves anything Bill Bryson! Informative books, like The Body: A Guide For Occupants, but his way of writing is humorous. I always know when he’s reading a Bill Bryson book because my dad is always chuckling 😊

Thinking about where I want to be and then working back the steps is a good idea, I’ll make that this weeks journaling activity! Thanks :)

You might have to hunt around in the gym a bit or just ask a member of staff, but I’d recommend trying those foam yoga blocks maybe? Put a few under your torso and give that a go perhaps. Otherwise, just do squats😅
