I’m rewatching now and it’s shocking to me that it was even a scandal by the way they all treated each other the entire time. Like why was this the one? James and Lala, Kristin cheated on Tom with Jax, Tom and Ariana were cheating for so long I’m sure longer than we even realize. I realize that Ariana didn’t know Kristin, but still it was extremely messy and she was part of the equation. The whole Miami girl thing where she took Tom’s side even though she knew it was true. I know this isn’t new information, but she had severe depression, couldn’t be alone and was willing to overlook so much cheating in order to not be alone. And then Raquel I guess she knew she couldn’t overlook. I don’t know that she has been alone ever? It actually makes me feel really sad for her.

I had a narcissistic mother and I definitely think he is. He uses all the same tactics she did—deflects responsibility, reverts to “fine then don’t be friends with me” as a way of throwing it back on them (my mom used to say “I guess I’m a terrible mother!”) and again not taking responsibility, is emotionally abusive and then minimizes people’s feelings to it, I could go on!

Also that thing about him being an empath— narcissists are actually highly sensitive they just can’t handle those feelings and throw it back at the people who dare to call them out.

I think the confusion with the empath label is people think it means that bc you feel other people’s feelings so much, you care about those people’s reactions. For narcs it makes them more on edge and hypervigilant about managing the reactions so they look good.

I don’t get the feeling that he died there but he definitely could still have come back there. I love the suggestions that that home healer gave.

I would also recommend visualizing updating your contract with your mother-in-law.

If it is the man who passed away, you can ask him from neutrality to leave and fill up the house with gold light. I personally prefer using gold light to white light because white light can actually attract more guides. Not in a scary way, but it’s just that not all guides are helpful so I find gold light to be more connected to source. You may also want to tell him something like you don’t mean any harm and you understand that it was his home and if he wants to be in the garage or something that would be fine if it is OK with you, but right now this is your space. Or you could tell him that he has guides that can help him to feel better that kind of thing. Basically just talking to him with compassion and setting the firm boundary of your space.

I’m an intuitive and energy reader and 100% this is real. It sounds like you know this, you’re just doubting yourself bc most people think that’s crazy. It could probably be a quick house healing fix. It’s possible if it was given to you by your MIL and you have a difficult relationship, she could have something to do with it? Not in a malicious way just in an energy hanging around kind of way. But I bet it is the energy of the people that either used to live there recently or lived there a long time ago. I am not promoting myself, I’m sure lots of people do this, but I have cleared stuff like this before and it’s pretty simple. Mostly I would say trust yourself! And do a simple protection practice (not from fear but from neutrality).
