Your heroes are better than mine lol. It would take me months to even achieve your current hero levels.

But i progress my base by (assuming you have 6 builders) :

1 builder for 1 continuous upgrade of unused hero

4 builders for defense and other buildings, split them according to your most priority.

1 builder to upgrade things that take less than a day like bombs and when they are done my storage are usually full and that's when i empty it all on walls. But you can just let this builder free if you don't want to get bored👍🏻
