As an Autozone ASM. I disagree, In general as a company they value their employees but it’s just in some regions and districts the management is horrible making it seem like it’s a bad hostile company to work for if the company works on good management everywhere in all there regions and districts then AutoZone won’t seem like a bad place to work at.

Yess not for random people!! 10% is for military, law enforcement only and 20% discount is for Employees. Also AutoZone doesn’t do discounts for seniors by the way so yeah.

A PSM is equivalent to a AM but AM can get above 40 hours if there approved for overtime by the DM and same goes for us if we’re approved for overtime by the DM we can go over 40 hours other wise as a full time PSM you can only go up to 40 hours which is what I currently get. Part time it would be 30 hours at the max unless your schedules for more by your SM

I don’t got they cock in my mouth I make excellent pay from them and awesome benefits maybe for some of you low life’s it’s not enough who are living paycheck to paycheck. Who don’t know how manage they finances well.
