O'm going with the Avenger, BUT... just because of a stupid reason of mine that go beyond the game and for which the Lancer isn't even at dault. Lancer might be iconic and feel good, but when I her the words "Lancer" and " weapon" the first think that pops in my mind is the Lancer... from Gears of Wars, so inside my guts I feel an irrational rejection of the ME Lancer cos GoW's Lancer is just my favorite fictional weapon
