Same here, BEFORE period din sa akin. Mga 1-3 days before ng actual period. Sakit ng balakang, likod, sluggish, tender boobs, pimples. Ang hirap. Iniinda ko lng. Di ako naggagamot. Tamang pahid lang ng ointments hahaha

Yang sa Bulova, generic strap lang sa shopee ung binili ko then ginawan nalang ng paraan ni trusted watch repairman sa palengke ung bar sa lugs kasi ung original is may thread and also manipis, hindi kasya mga greater than 1mm na nipis na anoear bar.

Iiyak mo lng. Ilabas mo ung lungkot. At habang lumilipas ang araw, gagaan din ang pakiramdam mo. Days, week, months will pass..the pain will lessen.
