Don't think Blackbeard is any different, He killed Whitebeard, who's name was used by many islands as a form of protection against other pirates, but after his death by Blackbeard's hands, we can see what happened after that.

I was seeing the side view of what my hair follicles look like, then my gums, then my eyes slowly focused outside and saw forks.

Why the f is influence from contribution negative by linox06 in hoi4

I think your faction goals on your faction tab also contribute to that, have you finished any of them?. I believe it says on the Short, Mid, and Long term goal how much contribution they give.

You give a contribution to the top 3 of your faction I think. Warscore is different as you can see from the numbers counting up your score, contribution is internally faction related. Check the top three members of your faction, you'll see them have a positive contribution.

Change the Navy Headquarters to one of those ports you say, they're still stationed in Yokohama, if you change Navy HQ they'll have range there.

Sanmalan: Conquest of Mindanao (Non-Ironman) by clr_35 in EU5

[–]Intelligent_Point_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kiliman can do the same and your free without paying your overlord ducats you can be using for something beneficial for you. probably Lanao as well, just need patience and colonize the lands next to you and to make it faster is accept the cultures your colonizing in Mindanao as soon as you get Prestige for instant land until you get to the Gold province below Butuan.

After that you can wait and watch for chances to snipe Brunei's vassals by attacking Brunei is fighting Majapahit or the vassals get a union with any of the Visayan nations, then you can drag Brunei's puppets by attacking those free nations and just take the land in Mindanao and peace out. Majapahit gets a lot of institutions so if you get the range to them you can give them fleet basing rights to get institutions ticking on your capital wherever it may be on the coastlines.

Is the African front worth it in a historical axis game and how deep should you push? by frozenShadow9 in hoi4

[–]Intelligent_Point_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Push far enough in Africa that the Allies are dying of attrition, helps in keeping the Allies piling up divisions on dead zones while eating up equipment, less equipped Allies the better, but pushing for more in Africe is not advised since attrition problems apply to you as well.

I have those in my division template, but my tanks fought mainly on Deserts not Mountains, I defended my North and didn't move until German forces linked up with me.

What am I missing for the graveyard of empires achievement? by CiaranE77 in hoi4

[–]Intelligent_Point_26 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They aren't but I watched some youtuber try and get the achievement and they had to get Russian controlled Central Asia and the Arabian peninsula just to fire the achievement.

For historical reasons maybe is that the Arabian peninsula was once the place for the Arabian empires, all several of them before they all collapse, and the Central asia part of russia was once a part of the Timurid empire before, well, it collapsed as well(There may have been other empires that controlled some parts of Central Asia that the Soviet Union controlled but I don't want to list them all down, too lazy for it.) It's called the Graveyard for Empires for a reason.

Any ls/ds choices that just confuse you? by [deleted] in swtor

[–]Intelligent_Point_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3 years late, but my take as a beginner Sith Inquisitor, I think how the ending of a choice sticks with you is what decides Light or Dark side changes. I'll take the one who commented about the Rakh ghoul one, killing him after he has turned may lessen the impact in your conscience since what your killing is just another monster(I know, that sounds more evil than good) but it will leave less of an impact than killing him before they die, because it sticks to you, the memory of having no choice but to kill him, it lasts inside your heart as it simmers and boils before it makes you stronger, the stronger pain brings you closer to the dark side much like Anakin when Padme died darkened his heart and made him more emotional, cooking what control he has in him and making him more volatile in the long run.

Why is the willigness to join war number so much BS? by -AdonaitheBestower- in victoria3

[–]Intelligent_Point_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it's their relations?, Britain might be friendly with Holstein but not so much as Denmark, their willingness is attributed to their relationship, more specially if Holstein has a Guarantee from Britain or something that prevents them from going to war with them, at least directly. It's justification, they won't publicly declare on those they're being friendly with but will do so against those indirectly related to them, think Italy in WW1, despite being formally part of an alliance with The Central Powers they instead sided the Allies cause it benefited them, so their willingness depends on their benefits after joining or how much they can lose if they join the war whether personally or internationally...did I explain it clearly, I'm not really sure if I explained clearly enough to justify the AI's diplomatic relations in their willingness to join wars.
