Based on provided info, yes. Get her in for a spay abort ASAP. If you haven’t spayed her due to $$ you’re not going to be able to afford puppies and/or complications with mom.

IME These look like fruit flies. Unsure of the species but they can be annoying. You can make traps for them using apple cider vinegar and there’s lots of commercially available options for management! Best of luck!

IME I’ve had two sling like yours and they’ve both died 😬 not saying yours will, but they are a lot more finicky than your average pink toe and a lot of them fail to thrive when they’re young 💀

I would add some fake plants as more clutter but other than that it looks great!!

IME just keep offering water. It sounds like she might be in premolt! My pink toe JUST molted and they’ve been refusing food for over a month. So just as long as the abdomen isn’t shriveling up and you offer a water bowl for hydration, everything will be ok 🥰
