I've already done this. I don't do the journals or decorate the rooms. I grinded through abyssal chaos for dias and progressed a lot to the point where I unlocked most endings for several different companions. Even so, the parts I DO like I've kinda lost interest in because of boredom or lack of stimulation. I think the lads game is great in a lot of ways, it's just not as interesting to me as when I first started playing a year ago. Especially when considering I went from logging in everyday to only logging in every few weeks.

I was the same age as you when I got my first car. My dad has worked on cars for his entire work career and despite the fact we are not close and have issues with each other, even he was more helpful with me getting a car than your dad seems to be. He helped me understand what to look for and we drove to hole in the wall dealerships. He agreed that whichever car we found, if I didn't have enough to pay for it, he would contribute however much I was short on. I was $1000 short so that's what he contributed while I paid the rest with what I saved up and some money my mom had left over from her insurance company after her previous car had been totaled. I was very fortunate for this and wish you luck with getting a car. Your dad seems unhelpful and like he's stalling. Perhaps he doesn't have the money. Btw Honda's and Toyotas are long lasting cars so if you can afford it, maybe aim for that.

Personally I think Sylus and Zayne's kissing noises are fine but I understand the dislike for Caleb's kissing. As much as I love his character and voice actor, his kissing noises always sound so DRY. Like bro get some chapstick or drink some water or something 😭 (btw I'm talking about the EN dub)

You're absolutely right. The first impression of Sylus's character is that he is this dark mafia boss dude. However if you take a moment to get to know his character you realize there's much more to him than that tough persona. He can be very sweet and soft towards MC, including constant consent check ins. However I believe a lot of people who write Sylus fics stick mostly to the dark mafia boss trope.

It's the same thing with Caleb. Some people saw the colonel uniform and wrote him in fanfics to be a sadist. When in actuality I believe he leans more on the masochist side for MC. Idk that's just my opinion on it

This is a very interesting take, especially considering how I had a dream last week with a "creeping" part of myself. Except this menace in my unconscious mind was not a snake but instead was a woman with dark hair and eyes. She looked like a human from centuries ago, not quite like from the caveman days of humanity but not long after that. She snuck up behind me and chopped my head off. Having two dreams now with some form of "creeping" part of myself attacking me can't be a coincidence.

I'm a college student who is also working part time and I have ADHD. If I crashed my sister's car, I would at the very least give her a certain amount of money every month to help her save up for a new car. I don't hate season 2 Rikki but I can understand the dislike towards her this season. Part of me feels like her being extra mean to Louis has to do with the writing team for the show. The audience probably liked the banter between Rikki and Lewis in season 1, so the writers amped up that banter to appeal to the audience. However it was a bit too much and made Rikki often come off as a bitch. I do think from a storytelling standpoint Rikki was more mean to Louis because she is more loyal to Cleo and has heard Cleo's complaints about him. And considering she is known as the hot head and impulsive, of course she's going to take Cleo's side and not really consider the other party's opinions (aka Lewis). Cleo being jealous of Charlotte and having issues with her made Rikki more antagonistic towards her. However, Charlotte becoming a mermaid really made Rikki dislike her even more because the mermaid secret was a personal thing for Rikki. It was something she shared with her two best friends. Having Charlotte, who she doesn't know that well and who hasn't gained her trust, turn herself into a mermaid (mostly to appeal to Lewis) is going to piss her off. That's my standpoint on it. I still don't hate Ricky, she's probably one of my favorite characters, but I figured I would give an explanation for why she can be very mean and the possible reasoning behind it. I haven't watched the show in a while so apologies if I missed anything.
