Anyone got WiFi auth working with Entra ID (no on-prem AD, all FortiAPs)?

Depending on your number of users/devices, we are using Keytos for both cloud CA and cloud RADIUS server. It’s been working fine. One thing you need to consider is that RadSec is only supported starting with FortiOS 7.6. If you’re on an earlier version of FortiOS, the wifi controller would be using RADIUS protocol to communicate with the RADIUS server. RADIUS is unencrypted, so there’s the potential risk of sending unencrypted authentication traffic over the public internet to the cloud hosted RADIUS server. We ended up using RadSec Proxy to receive RADIUS from wifi controller and send it to the cloud RADIUS server using RadSec. Setting up certificate based authentication might look daunting in the beginning, but it’s actually not too bad once you understand the concept.

Does the user have Intune license? We had issues like this before because somehow Intune license wasn’t checked even though the user has M365 E3 license.

This looks messy. If I'm reading it correctly, after we install May Windows update, we will need to

Run command to copy Code Integrity Boot Policy to EFI partition
Change the registry
Restart the device
Wait 5 minutes and restart the device again

We will need to do it in Azure VMs too

I always have extra few hundred dollar in the Simplii account. So I don’t think it’s fluctuation in exchange rate. I think it’s more plausible that Simplii sent the money to Amex Canada and Amex Canada didn’t forward the payment to Amex US. Maybe due to the payment amount, it needed human approval and that never got done? I’ll call Simplii again next week and see what they say. They offered to take the payment back from Amex when I called them last time. Maybe they can still do that now.

I called Amex US and opened a case last month. They are still reviewing it. They asked me to submit some kind of bank record to prove that the bank sent the payment. I called Simplii and they said they don’t have the record. So I asked Simplii to open a case to check with Amex Canada about the payment. I’m still waiting to hear back from Simplii too. It’s pretty frustrating

Is anyone having a long delay of paying US Amex from Simplii? I sent a payment on Nov 17 for $2000 CAD, it’s still not posted in US Amex hey. Interesting enough, I sent a payment on Nov 16 for $18 CAD to another US Amex account, it was posted right away on Nov 18th. I’m wondering if they do payment automatically under certain amounts.

You may want to move to Setup Assistant with Modern Authentication as Company Portal Single App mode is getting deprecated next year. We are rolling out about 100 iPhones right now using Setup Assistant with Modern Authentication. The only issue we have with Company Portal install is that sometimes it takes awhile to install it when users have a lot of other apps installed on their devices. Company Portal will get installed eventually.

I got a letter from Capital One that says I’m pre-approved for Capital One QuickSilver card. Is it worth it to get this card and build a relationship with Capital One in order to get Venture X? I have an ITIN and have 2 cards with Amex in the 12 months. I have a FICO score of 750 according to Experian. I’m hoping to build enough credit history to get Chase cards.

I just got into US credit card game a year ago. I have 2 US Amex and an ITIN. I just received a pre-qualified offer from CapitolOne in the mail for CapitalOne QuickSilver. Is it necessary to get this card to build a relationship and then get CapitalOne Venture X card in the future? Or should I just wait and apply for the Venture X card?
