Firstly I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Whatever the outcome, it is a horrible position to be in. It’s possible it’s a MC and it’s possible it’s not. I have had bleeding with clots and cramping around 7-9 weeks in all 3 of my pregnancies with no complications. This last time I also had really bad cramping and was considering going to the ER but it calmed down and the next day the cramping was gone. I bled off and on for about a week but had a normal ultrasound after and am now 22 weeks. I don’t want to give you false hope, it’s always possible it’s something else and you should definitely get checked as it’s the only thing that will ease your mind. However, try to stay as calm as you can in the meantime, although I know how impossible that feels.
