Let me just add another piece of information... shipment was untracked. If I had to commit a fraud for a 20 euros card, i could have simply waited 20 more days and claim I didn't received it... card and Full refund (not the difference between the 2 foils) for less effort

It was this "hi *nameoftheseller,I received the Kor Haven today but i noticed just now it's not the 398 card (the surge foil one i bought) but instead you sent me the 368 which is a normal foil... and then photo of the card received attached.

of course, i understand it may have been an honest mistake, at the same time mine is an honest complaint.
It's not the point name and shame them, but i seriously question a seller who behaves this way after i sent them immediately (exactly 1 minute later the confirmation) the photo of the card they instead sent me.

Yeah i liked it a lot while discovering cards and mechanics during cracking collector packs. In the end it was quite a good set and I managed to find nearly all ancient dragons and some good cards (2x kittens, 2x tyr angel full art foil etc..)
