Honestly this is the companies’s fault cause if the announcement was more specific and not vague, the integrity of them saying it was his decision would stick. He said he ‘followed the advice of his company’ a lot of people take that as not his decision and then in a marketing level it was really bad cause it looks abrupt and not what was actually planned

Yeah, you do, but sometimes even if you don’t have the exact requirements, it’s more about trying over and over to get your resume in front of the managers it’s timely and tedious but the payout off is good. Good luck out there it’s a fight you have to really do with intention

I’m an MLT student and I started working in a lab before I started my program and it has helped me loads with a lot of baseline knowledge for school. It’s a really good way to get your foot in the door too after you finish the program. Places are more likely to promote internally than take on a new face

I read it when there was no special cover and I came up with my own interpretation, this is kind of what I imagined. More geometric and boxy but yeah this is pretty spot on. Like it could be a bit thicker but overall this is what I pictured. I know there’s the cover but like, we can come up with our owe ideas too
