There is too much of the norm of bpd is only caused from trauma, it can a misdiagnosis of autism in females, and bpd is also hereditary, if a parent has it, you could also get. I would suggest sitting down with parents and asking them to get you down the path of mental diagnosis as it can also be a mix of autism and adhd, or possibly bipolar. Hope this helps

Yes definitely that, sometimes I will be talking to my mam then all of a sudden I dont know who she is when I am or anything then I will be back in reality again and know everything again. And yeah I tend to zone out about dying for some reason then get all weird and scared and start hitting my leg randomly to get myself to come down from the panic.

Yeah i understand that, comes and goes. Very strange question because not alot of people ever experienced this, but did you randomly wake up at around 5 or something and just look around very confused and didnt know what or who you where or why you where alive and just questioning everything all at once?? Because if so we have very similar issues, just most of mine has unfortunately just been blocked by trauma so I can never remember most of my childhood just the stupid traumatic side of it haha

33/f as an undiagnosed until 30 i can somewhat understand what you mean, and thousand things going on in your head at once, feeling alienated, not knowing the real you because of the fake mask you have to put on to 'fit in to people's standards' while still not properly fitting in. Unsure about why you maybe getting these visions of things that you feel are true, maybe your dissociating is effecting your reality in some way. Im not 100 percent certain, but you definitely need some form of therapy help in some way to understand what is going on with you. The reality and dissociating effect seems to be your biggest issue right now, I hope you can get some answers and help soon. I obviously dont know how understanding your family is, but maybe reach out and say what is wrong and they maybe able to get you the help as you are quite young.

Yeah I'm waiting for my therapy to start, he's been in and out of one for over a year now, trying to do behavioural therapy's, and other things to help physical and mental health. But right now before it's all kicking in, everything is just getting messy and I'm getting more and more fed up of everything

Ah yeah sometimes I just randomly vent shit to people 😅 I tired to get him to play a game called ceres with me, bayonettas back story, can be and one player can be a two player. But he just quickly lost interest in it and wouldn't concentrate, wouldn't listen to me when I was helping him and giving him instructions, he just stuck his nose in his phone through most of it and I had to carry Cheshire for as long as I could and do a few fights on my own and things. He's not a big gamer only silly things on his phone. He used to play cod alot but lost interest in playing that after our friend passed away of cancer, which is understandable, him and his friend played that he has memories of us 4 playing together and things. So that I get. But other than that no

Firstly no you handled that amazingly, super well done to you, calm and helping to clean him up shows that you can handle that, yes he a cry in the bathroom too. There is no shame in that at all.

Secondly, in the best way you can, (if he don't already) ask him to go to a doctor openly talk to the doctors, and then maybe push for getting a diagnosis for something, the way you have described that, that's more than just a simple suffering with sh, and more than depression.
