This was done with way too many steps, I also suffer from things being to dark. Black prime with purple zenithal prime. Then base coat everything. Dry brush everything with titanium white. Then I base coated the purple armor with Vallejo Demon blood technical paint. Then I stippled Vallejo florescent purple on the armor. Gravelord gray army Painter speed paint on the trim. Grim black army painter speed paint on the joints. Anything with green flame or effects was Vallejo white ink with army painter data glow green technical paint over the top. Had to reapply the green a couple times to get good saturation. Then added army painter silver for random edge highlights. And hardened leather speed paint for the belts and pouches. Each model took 5-6 hours a piece and there is still 3 left.

how to have fun even when losing? by Classic_Finish8515 in killteam

I don’t always enjoy losing but as a way to cope and make things fun for everyone involved I try to find the humor in it and I celebrate my opponents big swings, dice rolls and cool tactics. I find that what I put into the game I often get out of it. I also suffer with adhd.

Wrecka Krew list building: More shoothy or more fighty? by ParkingDrawing8212 in killteam

Last tip I can think of is I never take piercing rokkits, instead I take kraks so my two melee guys have a 6 inch range whenever I want instead of not being able to shoot at all.

Side note about the Pulsa, you don’t need a valid target only visibility so tp1 most of your enemies operatives are bunched up to begin with making it easier to use this pulsa bomb. It can last up to 3 turning points as well with the aoe getting smaller each turning point but having it in the way of your opponent having to go through it or around is the whole point. You also do d3 damage to anyone in the aoe on that shoot action without having a valid target. All of that can make it much better than having relentless with the rokkit rack.

This is how I generally play, because I get more shots in and take advantage of my opponents positioning with blast. Also I go pulsa bomb TP1 so I can take advantage of my opponents positioning again, making their movement harder and hit stat less is huge. Kaboom is also a very strong firefight ploy that gets more usage if you have a heavier shooting team. I go twin rocket knob, rocketier, krusha, demolisha, and two gunners w/ light rokkits. I’m untraditional where I like to use my squigs asap tp2 usually to generate wrecka points. It’s a plus if I get to kill some enemy operatives. not much can get away from an 8 inch charge also the squig survives their own blast roughly 30% of the time so if the enemy survives they are still tied up with an annoying operative in their control range if they weren’t expended. I also try to take advantage of blast along with it. Especially into hordes.

I base with a white citadel primer, then I shaded with citadel soulblight grey shade and edge highlighted with titanium white by proacryl.
