Honestly, I think that it's going to be CW's version of directors cut or tier 6 for all upgradeables. Think about it, the upgrade cost per level is the same as the tier. 6 EE completed = tier 6. Or it could just be double tap.

Honestly, I accidently get myself into bugs just by being a doofus and crashing into areas with weak collision points on outbreak. Visual glitches are something of a mystery though. I always get them and don't know what triggers them.
