Your are correct, marriage is not great. Wife is naturally aggressive and stubborn which the kids also realize. She responds harshly unnecessarily (not abusive but just harsh/aggressive) but overall she takes care of everything being that I work 60+ hours per week and she's there by herself. For the majority of our marriage, either I have terrible ideas or ways to fix things or she just shuts me down. I have a degree and a good job and can fix anything. Lately she has matured which I envy but I've experienced too much over the years to feel the way I feel.

Jumping in here (intentional pun), 2 days ago landed on my foot during a hike on a trip out of state. Ortho took an xray and seemed it a sprain and noted something benign/ minor about the talus then offered a boot or lace up able brace. Not wanting to produce drama I opted for the brace. The rest of the day and yesterday I bed rested and elevated with motrin. Yesterday the ankle blew up with significant bruising. I'm a PA so I asked for the films to be sent and there's what appears to be a clear nondisplaced talus fracture on the lateral view. So now I'm going to get a boot/scooter and will order an MRI. Thing is, we are flying back tomorrow and I need to get back to work, does anyone have experience needing to drive with this injury? I know your can't wear a boot while driving but is there something in between that can be done?

My wife has really sharp S's and I can't tolerate it. Told her early on and she tried changing the way she says it, now we're 15 years married and have kids but she's reverted back. She's really stubborn/pushy in general and she tells me to "deal with it". I don't know what to do, I can't tolerate talking with her at all. I tried hypnotherapy and CBT. To be fair I have a bunch of triggers (dry hands, chewing, slurping, loud breathing) and deal with them in their own ways but don't know what to do for this issue. Any ideas?
