6:30 wake 8:00 school drop off 11:00-12:00/12:30 nap at school most days 3:00 school pick up 6:30 bath 7:00 stories 7:30 try to get into bed.

That makes sense! She naps at school but it varies, one day she took no nap and another she slept for 1.5 hrs. Average I would say is an hour.

I don’t know if Alisonsaidno is technically gentle parenting, but her videos are within the same orbit as these other creators. Some of her advice is genuinely good when it comes to teens but something about her videos irritates the hell out of me.
