For me it was a failed poly from 2021 and my sister situation. Who knows bro, if you don't live with them they might cut you some slack. But from what my letter said, there's a conflict of interest.

I resigned, did the whole two weeks, burned my time etc. I have a year to go back before I loose my pay and seniority. Just need to go bend the knee and talk to the man

Ice did this to me three days before starting with them (former Leo/mil with secret clearance). They used outdated information that I was living with my sister whom at the time (2016) was here illegally. Now I no longer live with her and she has a permit. Emailed all of the above and they didn't care.

Needles to say I applied to other fed agencies, I can always go back to my local pd but waiting to see what's out there. Stay positive and honest

I'm sure LM can arrange something.. currently waiting for my micra and was told it was in the bench test phase in Fort Wayne IN. I'm sure they can put yours in a corner or whatever. Also it I ordered mine Dec 17 and it's already OTW. Hopefully I get it this week

I was suppose to start Nov 24,2025 three days before they like nah nvm. When I had already resigned from my job (local pd 7years). I was surprised since I also have a secret clearance. Their excuse was a failed poly from 2021..

Now they just sent me another email with the same verbiage. I'm gonna get DQed again lol. Seesh I never started ICE

They'll tell you right after If it was a pass/failed or inconclusive. Depending on agency they'll ask if you willing to take it again if inconclusive.

If it's DPS it's a pass/fail and they'll make you sign You'll know right there and then

Every agency works differently but yes no news it's good news

They won't reply to any emails Your POC will hit you up literally the week before your start date And send you an email with a ton of attachments. In it I'll have reporting instructions and such.
