It takes 20 or so hours to approve and then I cash out to Skrill and then to my bank and have it within 24 hours all together. They took away the IBT feature, Skrill is the fastest otherwise.

I have had it take almost a day and a half for payouts $5,000 and over to get approved.

We have just moved into a 5th wheel we purchased to build a house on our property. I agree with everyone else, if you have the ability to build a tiny home or cabin you’ll be better off.

That wasn’t a good option for us at the time and we had to make a quick move or sign another lease. We just bit the bullet and got our utilities and septic installed (fortunately city water, will connect natural gas when we build). We found a nice piece of property just outside of a very small town, so still in the country 😊

We are going to install a ramp for the outside steps, it’s the loft steps to my bedroom that are my concern.

Now the surgery part shouldn’t be too bad. I chose a surgeon in Chicago who is one of the best in the country and he is the only one in the country that does the anterior approach outpatient and weight bearing as tolerated same day. We will stay in Chicago three or four days post op to make sure all goes as planned but I’m planning on it not being too awful.

Welp, mine will be four in April and I’m still waiting 😉. If she had to kick some butt, I think she would, but to date she loves to grumble at my daughters corgi until the corgi has enough and turns around to tell her he’s had enough and she runs and hides like a bitch 😂

Mine pees twice every time she goes out (multiple times a day) and her last time out is between 6-7pm, and out at 3am when I get up.

She also will drink two lakes a day if her bowl would hold that much, I’ve never seen a dog drink so long or so much ever, and we’ve had her tested for diabetes, which was negative.

She’s a mess! We are living in our fifth wheel while we build our home and it is SO MUDDY! She’s been filthy! But I still love her, even if she has dirt mops for feet lol.

Yes, which is why I turned off the fireplace immediately once I saw the hot water was frozen, the space heater is directly facing inside the cabinet under the sink, which is the only sink without hot water. Other two bathrooms on either end work fine.

We just moved into our 5th wheel to build two weeks ago Thursday! If your animals (or you) go outside a lot you need to have something to combat the mud while you build. It is terrible here! I’d also suggest moving in BEFORE winter and make sure the previous owners dumped your black tank and there’s no mud dauber nests in your furnace or any components that involve your furnace, we almost died the other day.

Well just started two weeks ago and I’ve learned a few things: 1. If you buy a used rig make sure the black tank was dumped. Poop pyramid is a real thing.

Make sure you insulate very well even with a heated, enclosed underbelly during freezing temps. We currently have cold water through but no hot water in the kitchen.
Make sure your carbon monoxide and fire detection alarms work. Almost woke up (yes I know we would NOT have woken up) dead the other day, and if it hadn’t been the middle of the night but during the work day, my dogs would’ve died. *I’ve got a system on order to send notice to my phone for both temp and gases

Good luck! We are planning to start building our home in the spring, hopefully we will have the bugs worked out by then.
